PPI AUTO TERMS OF USE
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by PPI AUTO (“Company”) for pre-purchase vehicle inspections (“Services”). By booking an inspection, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Services involve a visual and/or diagnostic assessment of the vehicle’s condition based on industry standards.
1.2 The inspection is not a guarantee of future vehicle performance or a substitute for a warranty.
1.3 The inspection is limited to observable conditions at the time of service and does not include disassembly, invasive testing, or hidden component evaluation unless otherwise specified.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1 The Customer must ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.
2.2 The Customer must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle (e.g., VIN, make, model, and mileage).
2.3 Any fees incurred to access the vehicle (e.g., towing or storage fees) are the Customer’s responsibility.
3. Inspection Limitations
3.1 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of odometer readings or uncover unreported accidents, flood damage, or hidden issues.
3.2 Certain components (e.g., internal engine parts) are beyond the scope of inspection unless explicitly stated.
3.3 The inspection results are based on conditions observed at the time of the assessment and may not reflect future performance or issues that may arise after the inspection.
4. Liability
4.1 The Company is not liable for damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or condition of the inspected vehicle.
4.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service provided.
5. Payment and Cancellation
5.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Fees may apply for late cancellations.
6. Reports
6.1 Inspection reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or reject a vehicle.
6.2 The report is valid only for the date of inspection and should not be relied upon for long-term evaluations.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through arbitration in accordance with local laws.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of California.
